I recently stayed at the 1st Floor Cottage and had a phenomenal time. The location was perfect, just one block away from the beach and the convention center. The cottage was cozy and clean, providing us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The owners, Angela and Joe, were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. I highly recommend this cottage for families or groups of friends. I had an excellent experience and will definitely be renting from them again.

We absolutely loved our stay at 1st Floor Cottage! The location was perfect, just a block away from the beach and the convention center. The cottage itself was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. The owners, Angela and Joe, were incredibly accommodating and made us feel right at home. The outdoor space was amazing, and we enjoyed grilling and relaxing in the beautiful backyard. We highly recommend this place for a family or a group of friends. we had a phenomenal time and can't wait to come back!

The only minor inconvenience was having to go out of the front door and around the side of the house to access the outdoor seating area. It would have been more convenient if there was back door access, especially when carrying food items.
